TRAINING

CCIM: Certified Commercial Investment Member (Designee). This is a four year training program based out of Chicago Illinois. Classes go twice a year at Mount Royal College in Calgary. I have completed my 1^st year requirements (see attached). This is a worldwide network of over 8000 trained Commercial REALTORS© and offer ideas, knowledge, training and net working.

 This is the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS® designation to which I am a member. This designation is the same as the CCIM except it is of a Canadian content. By working towards my CCIM designation I can apply and receive my Canadian Commercial designation.

 This is a Real estate training program I took through the Richard Robbins Real estate Institute out of Toronto Ontario. I am the only certified Leader of this program in the Kootenay’s. We have just started this 10 week training course (in December 2009) with 6 REALTORS® here at Cranbrook Agencies and already we are seeing some great results. This program has been offered exclusively to Realty Executives for a period of time. We here at Cranbrook Agencies firstly see it as a great training tool and then a great recruiting tool.

Barry is also up to date on all the new training and all of his requirements as set out by the BC Real Estate Council.
